How can I become a Verimatrix Shareholder?
Verimatrix shares are traded on Euronext Paris under the ticker VMX and ISIN code FR0010291245. To purchase shares, you will need to open a securities account with a bank or another financial intermediary, which can also advise you on the available forms of share ownership.
How can Verimatrix shares be switched over to direct registered form?
Contact the financial intermediary that currently holds your Verimatrix shares and request a transfer to direct registered form. Your intermediary will arrange the transfer to Verimatrix’s appointed share registrar using the required account and settlement information.
Can Verimatrix shares held in a PEA plan (French equity savings plan) be transferred to direct registered form?
Verimatrix shares are eligible for a French PEA. Because the PEA is managed by a bank or financial intermediary, shareholders wishing to register their shares should generally choose administered registered form. Contact your account provider before requesting a transfer to ensure your PEA status is maintained.
